Controller
The legal entity, registered address and responsible contact are not yet supplied. These fields must be completed by the operator and reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
Data and purposes
The service processes account identifiers, password hashes, conversation content, usage metadata and subscription records to operate the workspace. Necessary session cookies support authentication. No analytics run in this beta.
Service providers
Conversation content is sent to the selected OpenAI or Google Gemini API. Stripe handles payments when configured. Provider DPAs, subprocessors, data locations, international transfer safeguards and legal bases require review. EU-only processing is not claimed.
Retention and rights
Conversation retention defaults to 90 days and is configurable. Export and deletion are available in account settings. Financial records can be retained where legally required, with profile links removed after deletion. Statutory retention periods, access requests, objections and authority complaint details must be finalized.
Cookies
Only necessary authentication and preference storage are used. Optional analytics are off and no tracker is loaded. You can change your cookie preference using the footer control.
